置富集團創建于1988年,總部設在芝加哥。風風雨雨中一路走來的置富集團，業務由初期的四個合夥人開始搞建築施工，到今天住房及商業貸款，建築設計，房地産開發及建設，經營電子廣告等涉及諸多門類。我們的貸款業務不僅遍及伊利洛伊州，還延伸到威斯康星，密西根，紐約等6個州。

在我們服務範圍內的居民人數有超過50萬人。其中包括亞裔，西班牙裔，墨西哥裔和其他族裔。十幾年來，置富集團爲社區居民提供了許多高質量的住宅，爲美化社區立下了汗馬功勞，在當地擁有非常好地口碑。置富集團在建築開發這一方面近年來一直保持著30%的成長，而在貸款項目上成長率則爲75%。
